- Old passport if any
- Passport size photos as specified
- A copy of completely filled visa application form
- Details about your itinery and proof of hotel and flight bookings
- Schengen travel insurance with minimum coverage of 30000 pounds
- Proof of having adequate fund requirements for the complete planned trip
- Bank statement of last 6 months
- Proof of income tax statements
- Documents proving your civil status (marriage certificate, birth certificate of children etc.)
